Many smaller businesses have no strategy or process when they recruit – usually because there is no one person immediately responsible, or people don’t enjoy doing it. We can come and look at what you do now, what you want to achieve, and where to improve. Then, we will create a process for you to follow every time you need to recruit, and ideally, save on some of those recruitment fees.

Job adverts can be lethal and efficient, or they can be an absolute waste of time and actually give potential employees – and customers – a bad opinion of your business. Sifting through hundreds of candidates is not a good use of your people’s time, especially if that person is not experienced.
Aqueduct will write you a compelling advert, advise on where the advert will be most effective and where to invest your budget, and manage the response – including guaranteeing a response for every relevant applicant (a very underrated marketing tool). Your return on investment can be enormous.
Graduate Recruitment
Recruiting graduates with no experience can be incredibly beneficial for your business. Competition for graduate jobs is high, but that certainly doesn’t make it easy.
Graduate recruitment is all about testing behaviours and aptitude, and attracting as many candidates as possible to partake in that process. Aqueduct will design and manage the whole process, including your on-site assessment day. Once the preparatory work has been completed, leave the rest to us – your next involvement will be on the assessment day itself, which will conclude by offering your favourite candidate a role, all for a fixed cost.
Exit Services
Sometimes, people have to leave your business. Aqueduct offers a service which provides the employee with half a day of coaching to help them navigate what can be an unfamiliar world; many people at all levels struggle with managing their job search well.
We will help get their CV looking great, create a plan, give an insight as to what to expect from recruiters, and how to prepare for interviews. This can be a great addition to any redundancy or exit situation, to help your employee get themselves back to work as efficiently as possible.
